Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition.

Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy, or there has been an issue in shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items can be exchanged minus the price of the return label (if we need to initiate a return label for you).

Refund Policy

Refunds are done at the Sole Discretion of the Owner. Please Message Us (Contact Us Page) 3-5 days after receiving your order if there is an issue.
Exchange and/or Return Processing Time
At Soaps & Petals LLC., we understand that your time is important and we will do our best to complete each Exchange/Return promptly. We ask for an allowance of 10-14 days when Returning an Item. This time frame includes shipping the item to us. Please Contact Us with the Tracking Number so we can help Keep Track of the items being returned.

Be sure to include your receipt (or a copy of your shipping confirmation email) in your package.
Shipping Policy
At Soaps & Petals LLC., Our shipping policy is designed to provide our customers with the convenience they need, with a range of shipping options and prices available to choose from. We pride ourselves on our efficient and timely shipping, giving you peace of mind knowing that your order is in good hands. Oversized items, based on size and/or weight of the product, may have a shipping surcharge cost in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. The shipping surcharge is a per unit charge; if you purchase multiple units of a product with a shipping surcharge, the total will show in your order summary. Shipping surcharges still apply if your order qualifies for a Free Shipping offer.

We do not currently offer Shipping Outside of the US.

At Soaps & Petals LLC., Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, please contact us as soon as possible. Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request
Fulfillment Policy
At Soaps & Petals LLC., we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on the rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s) due to inventory availability. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation email and will be refunded for the unshipped item(s).
Delivery Policy
At Soaps & Petals LLC., we do our best to give you rate options in real time so that you are able to make the best decision for you. We offer live rates from USPS and a Third-Party Shippo account. We will do our best to keep watch on rates to always offer the best options. Delivery Options are done at Ground, Priority, and Express through USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS.
